Apria in Grand Junction has gone downhill in the last ten years. Chose them as a provider since their customer care was so wonderful with Dad. Now, there is no coordination between the local office and the 866 number, so you might believe your problem is being addressed, but it is not. Local office staff are likely to snarl at you when you try to rectify mistakes on their part. Totally uncalled for. Supply orders are initiated but to keep monthly supplies coming is next to impossible. They tell you what to expect by item and number per month but have received one monthly supply in January for a biweekly item and none since (it is April now). Look elsewhere for your CPAP needs!

I called today to reschedule my appointment and was put on hold twice for ten minutes each time, then disconnected. What is the best way to inform you of the need to reschedule on short notice if you won't answer the calls?

I called what I thought was the local Apria office this morning at 10 AM to request an appointment to have someone look at my CPAP as it is starting to make unusual noise. I find that I was connected to some "customer service" that is not local. After answering a number of questions I was told that someone from the local store would have to contact me to make an appointment. Well gosh darn, that's what I thought I was calling about. When I complained about the "run around" I must have taken the guy off script as all he could do was start repeating himself.

Personally I would like to have a company that is local and can resolve my questions or issues or by golly make an appointment without being a go between. It may work well for Apria but this type of service doesn't work well for me.

I might add that in the past once you get in the door they are friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Ya just gotta get through the front door.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
