I would recommend them to people I know if I couldn't think of anyone better to suggest. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. . I never had to wait for them to show up. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer.

I had my first machine over three mouths it broke they brought me a second machine which worked for a couple weeks then stopped working.
When i advised them of this. They started saying the first machine had water damage and then second had water damage. Then they wanted me to pay them a couple hundred dollars to replace the machine.
