I've only been a customer for 3 months, but there is always a problem with communication with the person taking the calls. It usually takes at least 3 calls by me before the request or need is addressed. I usually have a wait time of a few days to a week before they "deliver on my side of town"

Scott, the manager at the Tucson Lincare office, was very knowledgeable and helpful about home oxygen supplies, when I spoke to him on 2/6/13.
