Takes weeks to start service, billing is a joke wrong every month and you have to all. They don't return calls so this becomes a full time job. They threaten you then admit they were wrong, promise to fix it. Next month it isn't fixed and you start again. Horrible
On Saturday July 18 2015, Scott your service / delivery representative arrived at my home in Tucson Az with my first time set up of oxygen supplies. I'm compelled to write about this fine young man for his upmost politeness, knowledge, and expertise. In this fast pace society we all live in today, Scott took his time with me explaining every item, it's function and then demistraighted how it all worked. He did all the paperwork that went along with my delivery, then asked me if I had any questions, of which he answered. Scott is a true asset to your company & his breed of customer service based & knowledgable employees are few & far between in today's market. I hope my review does not fall on deaf ears and Scott receives some kind of recognition from LinCare for his hard work & excellent service!
