I do most of my business with Apria on the phone and it has become a very frustrating experience. The local number no longer connects me with the local office without going through a bunch of stupid options and then being told to wait for the next available associate or whatever they call the people who talk on the phones. What was wrong with the old way of calling a number as it is listed and actually having someone from that particular office answer the damn phone? Don;t you folks realize that most of your customers are old or sick or both and really don't need this kind of torment in our lives? Thanks for listening. NOw I'll try again.
