Use this drug store for years. Love them...! Switch because insurance told me we HAD too. Well that was a BIG mistake. Took it for around 6 months, they had me running to them every time I turned around. No matter what I said. Switch back to Lowe's now every thing is done RIGHT & I'm not paying any more for medicine like insurance said I would !! I'm so VERY happy to be back with them. I've used them for 20 some years. Believe me I'll never fall for that insurance thing again. I'm staying with Lowe's. They listen & try to please...They know a happy customer is a good customer. These box stores don't care about you, we're just a number to them.

Very rude and condescending lady in the office, believe she was a office manager. Rented a wheelchair for my mother one evening, got it home and was too wide to go down hall in the house took back next morning. One lady was super nice and working to help me but this other one came from the office took over and said they didn't have anything else in stock that could help in my problem. She said they would have to charge the insurance company for a month's rental of $50, that I should just take it back home and keep for the month. What good was it going to do my mom. I would not recommend this company to anyone, seemed a bit dishonest to charge for something that couldn't be used. Also this company bought out City Drug in Maryville which my mom has done business with for years. You guessed it this same lady cause a scene with my sister over a product that City Drug had been getting for mom for a long time and told her they would keep it stock for her. I can not give Lowes a good review because of this one lady, the rest of the employees are real nice and helpful. I would give minus stars if that were possible. Found out later a person can buy a wheelchair for around $120 and up instead of renting one for $50 a month.
