This is an awesome pharmacy with top notch customer service. I believe the pharmacist is the owner because he always does whatever he can to keep your business. I've seen him try very hard to get my insurance to pay for my prescriptions and if they still refuse he will give me an excellent grade generic at a very fair price. There is only one drawback to this place, their limited hours. Otherwise, they great!

This pharmacy really surprised me, on the outside i thought it was just a plain old pharmacy but in the interior it was great. Abe the pharmacist is highly trained and is a pro at the job, he gave me 15 minutes of his time explaining why the strain in my back kept coming back. I rate this an A+++

This is a rare find in NYC: an independent drug store with pharmacists who call you by name. Have always felt welcome here and get great advice about products. They have a great vitamin selection as well as a well stocked pharmacy, and you can often find things here that you can't find in chain drug stores.

They always call to let me know when my prescription is ready. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. The pharmacist was so friendly and really went above and beyond to make sure I left fully informed about my medication. The pharmacist provided a thorough explanation of my prescription and answered all my questions.

They have some of the best customer service I've ever seen! They always call me as soon as my prescription is ready, and I never have to wonder. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They have the easiest refill system I've ever seen. I can always call and get it refilled within a couple of minutes.
