They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They were also able to fill my refills in no time at all I doubt I was even in there 10 minutes. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with and just seemed to have that small town friendly care. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience so much better I really did not even mind waiting for my meds to be filled. I was so satisfied with my first visit that I now drive 40 miles just to get my meds from them instead of putting up with the corporate robots at walmart. They were very helpful and provided the one on one attention I had quite frankly forgotten what was like when dealing with a pharmacy.

Every time I phone in a refill for a prescription, I experience rudeness and the feeling like I "bothered" the person who answered the phone. It happened once and I ignored it because I thought that maybe that person was having a bad day. But, since then, I've called two more times and have spoken to a rude employee. It has been BOTH women and men answering the phone and being rude.
Wish they'd be pleasant when speaking to a customer.
