Never, they are very reliable.

Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

This Vet office is amazing and I would highly recommend them. Dr. Presnell takes his time, answers your questions and CARES about your pet! The staff are knowledgeable and polite and the prices are fair!

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They are extremely courteous and go the extra mile in making sure that both the owner and the pet are comfortable. I have never dealt with such a professional staff in a veterinary clinic. They are simply put.. the Best! I would recommend them to anyone that truly cares about their pets.
