AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Took our 10 year old dog there due to her not walking right falling down and just def not herself. Dr came in after the vet tech and did a 5 min exam and said it’s an ear infection(even though the vet tech said prior an ear infection wouldn’t cause all this) Came back with a 346$ treatment plan of nothing but medication after medication. The DR declined bloodwork because it was just an ear infection. We asked due to her age and the way she was not acting herself that we did not want her to suffer nor be a Guinea pig with medicine. He refused and said it was once again just an ear infection. 2 days I called and said she was not showing any signs of improvement, I was told that is normal with the medicine. Which was Predisnone and Clindamycin. Long story short came home to a dead dog. We will never know if she was suffering but what we do know is our family friend died alone thanks to this Dr and his staff. Went the next day and the office MGR made excuses for the Dr. which she said would call us. Well 6 days later no call no nothing just shows this Dr does not care about animals all they care is money. Any reputable vet would at least call after a dog the saw died shortly after . AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! Also after reading several reviews on Yelp seems I’m not the only one that the pet was diagnosed and sent home with a goody bag of medication..

This walk-in type animal hospital has pluses & minuses. The wait after signing in can be extreme...up to 3hrs to be evaluated. I wanted to go back with my Chihuahua/Dachshund/Pug mix for her exam & wasn't allowed, which upset me & her very much. She was a rescue & had a bit of separation anxiety. I also felt that it took an act of Congress to get her weight told to me. I needed it due to various reasons, including having food donated to us because I was on disability & to give her various meds. I never met the actual veterinarian, always a tech. The positives were that the front desk personnel were very friendly & understanding & the prices, including medications, were very reasonable. Having the hospital next door to where I adopted her from & then frequented for her spa days, food, clothing & supplies (shout out to Shampooies), was a positive also. If you can deal with waits & rudeness from the tech staff, the prices are extremely good.

HORRIBLE!! Boarded my dogs at this place for 4th of July trip. My dog (who loves everyone and everything) came back with several cuts and abrasions on his right side. His lip, elbow, and ear cut. His throat looks like he was choked to the point of bleeding. BEWARE these people should NEVER come near animals!!
