I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Unlike other veterinarians I've been too, I have never seen them appear overwhelmed by too many pets. They are extremely organized and make sure the vet has plenty of time to see each patient for as long as necessary.

They took care of my kitties with love & care and I didn't have to wait forever for an appointment.

They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. My pet is so spoiled every time we come here. There is always food and water available and the occasional random toy to play with as well. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. The best place to go.
