Dr. Agrawal's rates are a bit expensive, but his technical skills are top-notch; more to the point, his compassion and caring for his animal patients could not be better. He's taken care of all my cats over the years, with excellent results; I'd recommend him highly.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available (usually by phone) if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with, even as Dr. Agrawal himself tends to be reserved; just watching his matter-of-fact but gentle, caring way with the critters is all one needs to know that this vet is a good, caring one.. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much easier for the human of record as well as for the critter. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I have brought all four of my cats to them, frequently for emergencies, and have always seen my critters get good, compassionate, competent, even loving treatment. In particular, these folks are especially sensitive to both the critter's and their humans' emotional needs where the animal needs to be put down, showing great compassion at such a difficult time. I will say that their services tend to run to the expensive end of the spectrum; that said, their caring service is worth the price.
