So far, so good. I have had my desert tortoises treated there for the past few years for upper respiratory problems. The prices are reasonable. The Dr. is very pleasant and the staff is nice enough. The Dr. does talk your ear off about many subjects, including bacteria studies. This seems to make the office visit take a little longer, but I always learn something.

I've been here like 4 times since my puppy had an issue when going potty. I was walking her by a park near by and she tried going number 2 and she couldn't do I googled emergency care vets and that one was within walking distance so I called and they were about to close 8:45pm and the staff was very nice and said to bring her in. Fortunately it wasn't anything bad, I just needed to groom her down there but I hadn't cause she's a rescue and she's aggressive. The staff managed to give her a "Brazilian" as we ended up calling it lol omg I was so happy!! I've taken my puppy Bailey there for follow ups on a little worm they found (little one, got rid of it) so yeah. I'm always happy tO go there and I think Bailey now likes going there too. They're nice and very affordable. This is my babies Dr, I wouldn't be bringing her here if I didn't trust them.

I can't tell you how pleased I am with VAH and their staff. I take all 3 of my cats to them for any care that they might need. The other's names are Lestat and Lacroix. I trust VAH completely!

Excellent SERVICE!. I just wanted to share my personal experience with Valley Animal Hospital. As a very concerned pet owner, I've been to numerous veterinary clinics in the past and none compare to the service and medical attention you will receive at Valley Animal Hospital; so much that I drive the 15 miles just to pick up my pet food. They treat my pet with the utmost care and always give me their undivided attention. What I really enjoy, which you won't see at many clinics, is that they have very little turn-over with their staff. They know you by name (if you're a regular) and if you're a first-time customer, they still give you excellent service and make an effort to make your experience as pleasant as possible. I've been a customer for about 2 years now, and I've found that the majority of their clientele are return-customers. I stand behind Valley Animal Hospital. They truly care for their patients and provide excellent medical and customer service. The down-fall of having such a successful practice that you will experience a lengthy wait at times. But it's only because they are in high-demand. If you make an appointment, you're better off. They make a huge effort to accomodate your schedule by being open 7 days a week.
