This is THE WORST PLACE FOR YOUR PET TO BE TAKEN!!!!! Anyone rating more than one star is either affiliated or batshit crazy! Do NOT bring your pet family here EVER! The vet is completely heartless! This place should NOT be allowed to operate, the vet should be stripped of his license and never ever be allowed near an animal ever again!! Death is readily served by AMC! Be warned, stay away! AMC is a great hospital. I like the service and their staff is very friendly. They are so warm and professional. I was impressed with the coffee and water they provide. All my questions were answered. I wouldn't use any other vet in this region. They're just always there when you need them.

Fairly Easy

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

No, they could have used some continuing education

AMC Animal Medical Center is only in the business for the money. I had brought my dog who was hit by a car to them, and they treated me like an ATM machine. I was crying and hysterical for my puppy, and they acted as if it was a burden to them to check on him. As I asked them to help my puppy, they said right there they needed money to even look at my dog. Of course I knew I would have to pay, but have some consideration for my dog. They could have acted as if they were concerned. I told them I had to go to my car to grab my purse and they actually had the receptionist follow me out there, as if I was going to leave. I have never been treated so poorly at a veterinary office in my life. That was my first and last visit to this office! I would never bring any animal there or refer anyone to this office! I wish I could give this office a negative star report because that's what they deserve!!

YUCK!!
I've taken my animals here over the years and the service has been ok. Long wait though. The Dr.s are good, but don't see Dr. Anderson.The last few times I've been in for vaccinations on our pets though, I haven't been happy. I don't see the usual staff who we liked. Each time we have gotten a guy who looks like a gang banger in bisness casual attire with a shaved head and tatoos. He's gruff, and not as nice or caring and professional like the staff was before. Just left a bad taste in our mouth. We don't like this new unprofessional look. If this is the way they are going I don't know if I'd continue to go there.

The Animal Medical Center is a corporation money making machine.The Doctors are cold, and uncaring. There main focus is not your Pet. Say away! Please stay away, and protect your Pet.
