A few years back we needed to have our ill cat put down . We called on a Friday and were told they could not do it untill the following monday..So much for compassion.We call another vet who did it right away. We then purchased two more cats from the pound and had their shots at the second vet. Now we ran into a urine problem with our cat and called Bear creek who informed us that since we sere not customers we could not get in for a month! Guess I am supposed to let them urinate on the bed for a month. Poor service!!!!

They are incredibly over-booked because they are the best. A no nonsense vet, who listens to my opinion. She even checks the animals who stay overnight herself!
