For many years we have taken our dogs to Dr. Cole. He is the most caring loving doctor for our dogs. He always has as much time as we need to discuss our dog's health concerns. We highly recommend him to others.

I would not recommend Dr. Cole. He is arrogant, and that arrogance blinded the top part of my dogs eye when he failed to tuck in one of the sutures after an eye surgery. Our dog was in a lot of discomfort and her eye was red and seepy a few days after he removed a cyst. I brought her back in, and he happened to be standing in the lobby, but didn't examine her. He sold me an ointment for her eye saying it was probably an infection because the only other possibility would be a suture scratching her eye, but was sure it wasn't that since it had never 'happened to him'! Well, it wasn't any better in the week he wanted me to use the ointment for, so I brought my dog back in to Dr. Ann Lystrup (who I would highly recommend) and sure enough, after she examined my poor dog's eye, she found an untucked suture. At that point the damage was done, my Arabella would never see the same again. That was 3 years ago- fast forward to last summer (2014), and my dog was trembling, loosing her appetite, and throwing up occasionally. He said it was just middle age hormones, & although we could test for 'all sorts of things', we probably wouldn't find anything. I called back and talked to him again a couple weeks later saying she was getting worse, and he was condescending and again asserted it was just hormones. My Boxer was 5 years old, & she died of cancer in October. We brought her to the Animal Care Center in September because she continued to get worse, and we were not going to pay that arrogant man one more penny. No arrogance in Dr. Bray, and she treats both you and your pet kindly. By the time we got all the tests performed it was too late.

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
