Took my horse here several years ago with a foot injury. The vet who treated my horse was great but he is no longer with them. However, when one of the other vets walked by and saw my horse's injury, and I'm pretty sure it was Dr. Heaton, he made a rude comment about my horse, which was so unnecessary and unprofessional. Naturally, owners are already worried when our horses have to be there to begin with and we don't need a vet to bad-mouth our animals when they are hurt. I was so turned off by him! The other vets are probably great but I will not use Dr. Heaton.

I highly recommend this veterinary large animal clinic. I was especially impressed with Jennifer at the front desk. As soon as I arrived she greeted me very warmly, like a friend. She was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable and couldn't have been more caring with my large animal problem . They then arranged for Dr, Rees to come over to my property to treat my animal even though it was his day off. Dr. Rees is the best large animal Veterinarian in the valley. Thank you team.

My first experience with this vet practice I was very disappointed with the vet that come to check my farm animal he seemed a louth and not very knowledgeable nor friendly. But since they are close by when I had another problem I thought I'd visit their practice in person. I found the office staff to be rude, I left a message to have the vet call me as soon as possible. I didn't receive a return call from him for three days. After explaining the problem to him he told me to get a fresh stool sample take it to him he'd analyze it and call right me back with me. After 3 days of not hearing from him I went in again and ask the clerk behind the desk if they had the results yet. She told me no but she would leave a note for the vet to call me. I ask her when he;d return my call and she said that same day. It has now been over a week and not a word. My animal seems to be recovering on its own now, thank goodness. If this had of been an emergency I probably would have lost a valuable farm animal. I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone. I feel their attitude and unprofessional disrespect comes from the top on down. My advise find another vet.
