Dr. Henry may be the bomb, but his staff and customer service **sorely lacks.** I have had one problem after the other with the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing at this business. I've called and gone in for meds, appts., etc. and I'm told something different almost all the time. It just depends on who is working the desk as to what I'm told or the degree of inefficiency. The latest problem is that I called just before the New Year to inquire about the special for dental month. I thought dental month was in January. The woman who answered the phone told me it wasn't until February and to call (quote) "in a month" to schedule. I called today and was told they are booked up for the month and I should have made an appt. well in advance. Well, not according to the person I spoke with in late December. She had the opportunity to tell me I had to make an appointment well in advance. In fact, she could have offered to make the appointment the day I called, but she didn't and she didn't advise that I make it early. There certainly was no sense of urgency in her statement to call in a month. I've just had it with trying to become established with this office. It's just impossible. There is a huge disconnect between the quality of the doctors and the people they hire to staff the desk. Their employees should be trained and more informed and they need to provide accurate information to customers. It won't hurt this business to leave this review. Hopefully, the vets will realize they should focus more on the business end of their practice, which is the face of their business. I"m moving on. I can't do business with people who I feel could care less about me as a customer. I"m leaving a 1/2 star review because there is no option for zero stars.

Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once. When I had to leave my pet here in overnight care I was so worried but they always called with follow-ups exactly as promised and even called more times than they said they would. They truly care about each of the animals that come into the hospital and treat them as all if they were their own.
