I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. I was uncomfortable that they were reluctant to seek any sort of outside advice when they didn't have an answer for my question.
