Everyone at this clinic is very friendly and professional not to mention informative and calming in the event of a stressful situation with my pet. I trust Eve and her staff with the lives of both my pets and don't regret it for 1 second.

Both myself and my daughter have used Dr Gerome for years. She is compassionate, caring and a very good vet. She lives down the road from my mother and also helped with her cattle in the mid 80's.

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They are SO good with the various pets that are brought in. They are willing to work with you on payment arrangements for the care of your pet. I recommend this vet to anyone who loves their pet and wants the best care.

Have used this vet twice now, will not use again, the 1st time I actually got to see the Doctor and she was very nice and professional , however her helper was the rudest person. This last time my dog was having surgery and I never got to see the doctor, same rude helper, and by rude I mean short with any answer and never acknowledged my pet, just placed their lease on her and turned and left the room with her, if it had not been for my background and the help of the girl at the front desk I would not have known what was done to my pet, or any after care needs, will never use again!!

I am so thankful I found Dr. E. She is a tell it like it is vet, but has a sweet & calm attitude with your dog.
The staff are also nice, and very generous with explaining everything you need to know.
We've brought our family members for annual shots and also illness. Always got appt when we needed and never had to wait any longer than 5-10 minutes to see vet.
I totally recommend Dr Eve Gerome to anyone! I'm sorry I can't remember the assistants name, they are great!
My only negative is they do not offer after hours emergency care.
Thank you all for taking great care of our 4legged family members Town & Country!

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.

Yes, he/she didn't spend too much time with me

Not really, they didn't really seem to care that much.

No. I didn't trust their motives.
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her
