Let me say this place is all about the money not the patient. I took my baby to them and they didn't help her. She was dehydrated and they didn't look..... I kept getting the same answer I got from the ER that it was her heart. Even after test said it wasn't . I finally took her to a real vet. She was dehydrated and because she didn't get the proper treatment right away I still lost her. Don't trust these people. They don't know what they are doing........

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
Did this veterinarian seem overwhelmed with too many pets?
Yes, It was like a circus! It was so chaotic I thought the vet was going to pull their hair out!!

Hold on to your wallet when you hit the door. This guy can not diagnose what is wrong with your pet without a massive number of test. Then after you have paid for every test he can think of to charge you for he guesses. Nothing like Dr. Swann - has a new building with new equipment and new furnishings to pay for or should I say you are going to pay for as quickly as possible. This guy was a horse doctor first and could not make it so now he is a small animal doctor that is clueless about small animal medicine. Bring back Dr. Swann!

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They are very over priced and did not give good care to my pet! We went elsewhere and where charged less at a different vet for 5 days of hospitalization than for one half day care at Swann!
