Dr. Chase is the best veterinarian we have ever used and she has treated many of our dogs. She has always been kind and compassionate and has gone the extra mile.

I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I was very uncomfortable the entire time. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. Patricia Chase was derelict in her duties. I pointed out we'd been waiting 10 minutes to be seen which she denied, but the clock doesn't lie. My dog was in critical condition and she walked away from him refusing to perform the sole function she has at that facility: caring for small pets. She is a shameless, loathsome person who has no right to be called a doctor of any kind.
