I have been taking my 2 dogs there for 4 years now. They have been great. Saved my American Bulldog the first time I took him there. Just a few months after I moved here. I love my dogs, they are my family. They have always been very good to us. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I couldn't believe how insensitive they were when my pet was not doing well after surgery.. My veterinarian didn't even seem to care that I was upset and it just made the experience that much worse. They made no attempt to follow up with me after she died.. I will never take my animals here again, nor will I recommend this hospital to anyone. I don't want anyone else to experience what our dog and we I went through. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. They didnt listen to what i was telling them about her condition.he argued with me instead of trying to correct the situation. The on call vet was very nice and sympathetic to us, but the vet that did the surgery was not. The staff out front was nice, but something went horribly wrong and our dog died. I tried to tell them when I picked the dog up, and when I called him back an hour later that she was not doing well. He just went on and on about the surgery technics, which I didn't care about, he never said bring her back right now. He said she would be fine. She died.

I took my sister's dog Mocha to th Reelfoot animal hospital. She had a horrible uterus infection and the vet did an emergency surgery on her right away and kept her overnight. So far she's been after the surgery. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was pleased that they were able to answer all of my questions. I left feeling very informed about pet care. It's so refreshing to find a vet that isn't always overwhelmed by too many pets. They are able to spend as much time with you as you need and are never rushed off to see another pet. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.
