They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They are very compassionate.

No, I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Probably, I wasn't impressed

No. I still haven't talked to them.

Sort of, not overly friendly however
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
