They care, and it shows. Their staff really is awesome. Look the building is not what you'd think, and they are not charging you outrageous prices. They love the animals they care for, it shows in everything they do. I am blessed as well as our community for what they do every day. Thank you Bishop's for your dedication.I am grateful.

I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
