Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They are the best of the best!!! Dr. Shelley rules!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He has a wonderful staff too!!!!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
Did this veterinarian have a large selection of medication available for your pet?
They had some medicine, but it really needed to be restocked

Kind of, but not very well
