A new person that examined my dog was not helpful at all. Making another appointment with one of the other vets for a second opinion. Was not happy with this person and will not have her see my dog again.

My cat went there on Monday with and eye issue, lump on his tail and a fever. Upon the vet checking him out she decided that he was hit with a BB gun and had an eye infection and sent us home with eye drops no blood test or any other further examinations... 5 days later my cat died from feline aids and leukemia. If he would have gotten help on Monday their is a good chance that he would still be alive with the proper medications. They are expensive and only really care about the money. This is the SECOND animal we lost after being in their care.

They are ALWAYS RUNNING LATE With the excuse that "Oh we have an emergency C section". I have personally heard this excuse 15 times. The front desk staff here is bordering on rude unless of course you are a breeder. In that case, the Office Manager will chew the fat with you otherwise the folks at the front desk do not go out of their way to greet folks unless they are breeders.

Never, they are very reliable.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Extremely friendly, I could really tell his/her love for animals.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays
