Dr .Thomas is one of the best veterinarians that I have known and I have been through many, due to their lack of skills or caring. She is kind and caring , compassionate with the animals and very truthful . She is very knowledgeable and her diagnoses have always been correct . She also uses balance between aggressive therapies , conventional treatments , and alternative medicines, respecting the customers preferences. She listens to what the owner says and is always willing to refer you to a specialist if there is a need. Her fees are fair and she often helps to find less expensive ways to treat an animal ...for example , she will allow you to do some simple treatments at home to avoid overnight or long hospitalizations, or repeat frequent visits teaching you how to provide the needed care. I would reccommend her to all my friends and family .Thank you Dr. Thomas for being YOU!

No, they always call hours after they say they will

Never, and if I ask they seem annoyed to have to get it

I brought my 5 year old Pomeranian in on Christmas Eve after he suffered a head injury. His left eye was out of the socket. We called the hospital ahead of time and they said to come in. I rushed him to this "hospital" and the vet assistant went to get the vet, she came out and said "we are not doing anesthesia today, you need to take him to Plains Hospital". I begged her to have the vet come out and see him and see if there was anything they can do to ease his discomfort. She than asked "are you an established patient here?". I was not, it is is hospital therefore I am happy I never had to be there before. The vet refused to even come out of his/her office to look at my injured dog. I begged them, and they refused and did not even give directions on how to get the another vet hospital over a half hour away. They wasted precious time. Upon arrival at the next hospital, they asked if we lubricated his eye, we said no because we did not know what to do. When we informed them we stopped at another "hospital" they were shocked to learn the vet turned my dog away and did not even lubricate his eye, as this was very important in saving his eye. Because of the place, my dog had to wait another forty minutes to get medical attention. THIS PLACE REFUSED TO EVEN SEE AN INJURED DOG. NEVER GO HERE! The ethical standards are slim to none. What vet, who takes an oath to do no harm and to dedicate their lives to helping animals, would refuse to even see an injured dog less than 10 feet away???

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
