Still can't get over the loss of Kyra (Shetland Sheepdog). This vet's office lost the dog while boarding her and in my opinion they used irresponsible handling skills and improper equipment. They have yet to apologize or take responsibility. I can't use them or trust them. I certainly don't recommend them. I am sharing this information so others know to not trust this vet who looses dogs. The fact that they had to be sued for loosing another dog that bit someone and they never took responsibility for those medical bills speaks volumes! SHAME on Crossroads!

This hospital has lost at least two pets belonging to two different families... I can understand mistakes, but two? Wonder if there are more? Where are the safety protocols, and why are families having to sue them? This can be verified via court records on file at the Washington County Courthouse. The first was a dog that got out and bit a person... and the clinic according to court records, didn't pay the medical bills for the person. The second, they lost a dog, and it has not been found. These two situations about a year apart are devastating and horrible for the people to have to deal with. What I don't understand is why this clinic is still taking animals out of the clinic for potty breaks (set up a potty area indoor and just clean it if you can't keep them safe outside along a very busy road), and why are these people having to sue them?
