Dr. Nicholson and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We are always greeted with smiles and our animals are known by name. It is a very family oriented environment. They are extremely caring and are more than willing to work within our budget without making us feel uncomfortable in any way. I am very impressed by the follow up calls we get after treating our animals, just to make sure they are ok and to see if we have any questions for them. Dr. Nicholson never rushes us and treats us as if we are her only appointment of the day. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing the best care for their pets. I can not thank them enough for everything they do.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted
