Doc and the staff there are the only folks to treat my furbabies since Doc. Byel sold his practice in Camillus. Doc S saved our English bull dog and has taken care of 4 different boston terriers, 2 cats and a couple Scottish terriers. He and Doc Hobb and the staff get 10 gold stars in my opinion

Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it.They take care of our 4 (now 3) dogs and our "fat cat" and ask about the ones left at home on our visits. Thank you for the love and support...
