Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.

I'm always amazed at how considerate they are for my pet's well-being and addressing my concerns. Their advice is always wonderful and always with the best interest of my pets. I was pleased with their professionalism and a courteous staff. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. I never had to doubt their qualifications. I am completely comfortable knowing Dr. Terelle is professional, most knowledgable and compassionate.
