I have three dogs and have been going to Drs. Jack and Mitch Biederman for over 6 years. After having two major crisis with two of my dogs, I've decided to leave them and go to another vet. There are pros and cons to this place:

Pros:
-Two doctors are extremely funny.
-They answer almost all of your questions, even the stupid ones.
-They are cheap when it comes to getting your pet's yearly shots and examination (I've compared the price with other Flushing vets).

Cons:
-Receptionists aren't too friendly, but it doesn't really matter.
-Aside from the yearly shots and examination fee, other things are quite pricey compared to other vets.
-Two doctors are NOT good at diagnosing, unless your pet is showing hallmark signs of a particular disorder/disease. When I say "hallmark," I really mean it (disorders/diseases that a non-vet can diagnosis with google). Otherwise, they will run blood work ($99) and tell you that (1) it's an infection (treated with antibiotics) or (2) something is "off" and they are "suspicious" of something more serious (in which case, they refer you to Blue Pearl or LIVF, which are extremely expensive). I recently had a major situation with one of my dogs. Basically, after doing some blood work, Dr. Biederman told me #2. Once I got to Blue Pearl, a vet saw the same blood work results and diagnosed him with a disease within 2 min. Whereas Dr. Biederman wasn't even able to take a guess on a diagnosis.
-They aren't too comfortable with treating pervasive (lifelong) disorders/diseases. They will tell you that too. They are very conservative vets!
-When you are going through crisis with your pet, they aren't too supportive. Maybe they don't want to give you suggestions or advices when you are being seen by Blue Pearl or LIVF, but their funny/caring personalities seem to go away during these most needed times.
-They don't have overnight stay for your pet, so if your pet needs simple IV fluids and just need to be watched over night, they will refer you to an ER place, which will run you around $400/night.

Conclusion: If your pet is typically healthy and only requires annual shots, this is the place for you. On the other hand, if you have a pet that gets sick and need ongoing treatment for something, this is not the place for you.
