Jack Russel, I agree with you about the staff, they are rude & talk about you behind your back & keep looking up to see if you are watching. Need to hire caring staff who care about animals & their owners. I'm going to another vet because of the staff.

She is great, however the girls that work for here are miserable, when she is not around they treat people like they are not important and don't want you in the business. I've seen several reviews online reflecting the same feeling about this. Have a smile on your face and treat people and pets like they are important, that's representing your bosses business, after all, you have a job because of her so represent when she's not around.

Cheektowaga Veterinary Hospital... I love it! Once my friend from Canada was traveling to New York City. Along on the trip were her family, and their pet dog Whitney. At a rest stop they took Whitney for a walk. Sometime later Whitney became extremely agitated, and began scratching at her side. Becoming alarmed, my friend started to search the area, and found a small reddish swelling. Fearful that it might be a tick bite, at the I-90 tollbooth her husband asked if there was an animal hospital nearby. The toll collector immediately recommended Cheektowaga Veterinary Hospital! After receiving directions, my friend rushed over there. Whitney was immediately rushed into an examination room, and diagnosed with an allergic reaction to an insect bite. Whitney was treated with injections to alleviate her symptoms, and given medications to take on the trip. All in about 10 minutes! My friend was amazed at the caring, expertise, and speed at which their emergency was handled. She called me immediately thereafter to recount her adventure. Do to her experience, and that of Whitney's, I chose Cheektowaga Veterinary Hospital for my family's pets. In that time I have never regretted my decision, and I am sure neither have many others. Cheektowaga Veterinary Hospital I applaud their professionalism, fairness, and commitment to the health of our pets. "WAY TO GO!"
