I have always been taken for my appointments on time. The examining rooms at their office were clean and free of odor. I was very unhappy with the emergency hospital they referred me to when my 4 month old puppy broke her leg. They referred me to Randolph emergency hospital and had the worst experience ever!!! My poor puppy was so mistreated there and I told Pleasant Valley about the whole experience and I didnt fell they cared at all and didnt change their emergency hospital. I was very disappointed in them for that.
