They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. Only issue was some guess work being passed off as a diagnosis with a dog, lack of antibiotic after surgery was kinda a red flag, and not heeding my concerns which turned into a larger issue with my cat as a result. We ended up switching vets. Hope the new one places more emphasis on animal care and not just playing to the customer.

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
Not at all! They were always present and attentive
Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times?
Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
Does this provider offer flexible appointment times?
Absolutely! I never have a problem!
