Front desk clerk has the personality of a brick. ( Black scrubs ) Had appt for fecal check, needed comfortis have 3 other dogs need vetting but clerk seemed to know more than the vet.

Changed my mind and attitude to match clerks.

Just got toenails clipped 9$ not bad and very fast. Very polite ( Pink scrubs )

It's all about customer service and initial impressions.
