They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.

Kind of, they could have been cleaner

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot.
