This is a very dedicated veterinarian about animals. Will show up after hours and holidays in emergency and not send you on or ignore you. I have used this clinic for many years with complete confidence and have had life saving treatment given to my animals.
The staff is generally very dependable and
caring. A good staff can mean the difference between merely good care and life saving care
as well.
I would highly recommend this animal care facility and trust my animal care to Dr Martin
above any others. Doctor Martin (a Texas A&Grad) places the care of animals above
days off. Animals first wins my trust.

Great place! I love everyone there, especially Dr. Martin, Jesse, and Theresa. I appreciate how they help us each time we've had any type of pet issue. They've helped with cat emergencies, elderly dog issues, and even guinea pig fiascos. I love knowing we have a great group helping us raise our pet family.

I used this provider for ten years, but I will not be returning. My baby had a significant injury, so we rushed him in. They stuck him in a crate where he sat for over 7 hours, bandaged to stop the bleeding but that was it, then they did the "emergency" surgery they said he needed. SEVEN HOURS LATER. Other vets said he should have been home 24 hours after surgery, but they had him a week. When I brought him home he smelled bad, and I noticed he was rotten at his wound. They attempted to "fix" what they had done, and after nearly another week I took him out of that place, against their will, and took him to another vet. The new vet's exact words? "Oh my. Who did this?" His artery broke in the new vets waiting room, which was incredibly lucky because he would have died if we had been as much as a mile down the road. The new vet repaired my baby the way he should have been fixed in the first place, and his bill was 1/5 the cost of this place! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and fully explain the benefits and possible side effects that each one presents. They also provide flea protection by the month, if you prefer to buy it that way. It's such a great place. The veterinarian and friendly staff educated me on what I could do better to help keep my pets healthy and happy and really stressed the importance of taking care of my pets teeth. I left with a better understanding of proper pet health and found their recommendations to be incredibly helpful. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
