I would like to talk to the doctor in person about my daughter coz they do NOT let you get a word in at all like they don't want to have to answer questions. They NEED to be noticed by the person that is paying the bill even if it is on credit you are still getting paid for BY ME...

Took my diabetic cat in at 4:30 am> He was seen immediately and I was updated as soon as possible. I was permitted to hold my cat before he was left for the day.

It was a little upset with how they took my pet and put him in the back before I had an opportunity to met with a vet or technician regarding his care. I was not confident that he was being cared for competently because I had never been there before. The doors were dirty and the waiting room did not feel particularly clean - it was not well lighted so hard to tell. There was plenty of room. No magazines. After having spent over 3 hours at my original vet clinic, I had to wait well over an hour before seeing a vet (who was very nice). In the meantime I was told that my pet was not a priority and that I could not leave without signing a consent form and agreeing to pay an estimate. When I was concerned that my pet was not receiving treatment, I asked to take him and was told I would not allowed to remove him unless they took out his IV that had been inserted by the vet who referred me. I understood it was life sustaining and found this reprehensible. Leaving my cat in their care was one of the hardest things I have ever done.

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Yes, they are very knowledgable and gave me great advice

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
