I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They are a walk-in clinic and I had to wait over an hour before seen. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I went there because I heard about their laser therapy and acupuncture. It seemed that the vet did those services because I mentioned them and not because they were in my dog's best interest.

The place looks like a factory line. They get the dogs in, do some stuff and send them out! They don't follow up and never check on the pet. The communication is one way and initiated from the customer.

We felt absolutely at ease leaving our pet here. They have a very good professional reputation and we know that our pet is under the care of experts.

This veterinarian is so unfriendly to both me and my pet! I was almost offended at how cold and distant they were They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.
