Very Disappointed. Refuse to investigate the problems with our cat. Bring him in constantly with the same problem. They are either too incompetent or just don't care. Especially when they charge $500-$600 each visit.

The last straw was when they charged us over $600 and told us he was better. We got home and he was sicker then when we brought him in. Had to take back one hour later (probably charge us another $600). WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE DISCHARGE A SICK ANIMAL, TELL YOU HE'S FINE, AND CHARGE YOU A FORTUNE?

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, we will be getting our records from them to get a second opinion and a new Vet.

The veterinarian lacked people skills, which I could have overlooked if this veterinarian had demonstrated a profound concern and compassion for my pet. Instead, I felt that the staff viewed my dog as a goner the moment I arrived at the facility. Due to my dog's age, the veterinarian took a "let's wait and see" approach to my pet, instead of a "let's explore the options available to us" approach.

The staff lost my dog's x-rays TWICE and on a number of occasions when I called the clinic, my dog's file had been misplaced. The techs were not meticulous at all in keeping records in an orderly manner. During one office visit timed prior to a procedure, the technician assisting me fumbled through my dog's records - and then resorted to verbally confirming with the attending veterinarian that my dog had already undergone the requisite prep testing, because the paperwork was left in disarray after each visit. I asked once if the office intended to switch to electronic records keeping. The staff responded that there was no intention of doing so in the future and implied that it would be too much of a hassle.

Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.

When I first walked into Broadway Veterinary Clinic my nose began to burn with the smell of cat urine (and or feces). The scented candles used in an attempt to cover the smell is amusing to me. The ceiling tiles are missing in places and are more water damaged brown than white. The dog kennels are missing pieces, hanging from the wall... Literally falling apart. And it reeks of dog urine and feces. These were the first sights and smells of my trip to Broadway Veterinary Clinic. My visit with the Doctor (a tall bald gentlemen. Benson I believe.) was... mediocre at best. A biopsy on a lump on my dog was taken, put on a slide, AND LEFT IN THE EXAM ROOM. After waiting in the room for 15-20 min the doctor came back in and said something like, "after looking under the microscope i couldn't see anything of concern. It’s probably nothing to be worried about." … they blatantly lied to me! In addition to this I asked for my dogs nails to be trimmed multiple times during the visit, but ended up leaving without this service because they were, "too busy and if I wanted to wait they would get to it then” There were only three cars in the parking lot and no one in the lobby when I left. They are either severely understaffed, or lazy.

There is a reason they are the cheapest around. I will gladly pay a little extra for professionalism.
