We had a very hard decision to make. Millie was blind,deaf and having issues with dementia. She was giving us serveral signs. that it was time. The staff was excellent at Easthampton Animal Hospital. When I went to pickup her ashes, I couldn't look into the bag until I got to my car. Whenever I looked in the bag and saw a tin. I couldn't believe it Millie deserved better than a tin. We brought other dogs for creamation and they gave a design box. with a rose. We never had to make the decision on the urn. I feel the Animal Hospital should review there status. Millie was a great pet and buddy, she did not deserve this. I was so upset to see a tin. Would they put their family member in a tin?
