My wife Ida and I live in Ethel and are "parents" to nine cats and two dogs. Dr. Lisa provides excellent care for them all. I'm amazed at how calm every animal is while visiting. Dr. Lisa and her team of techs are very caring, gentle, and successful. Whether it's routine check ups or emergency care (Sugar Bear was recently seriously injured by a vehicle) we trust and know she'll do everything possible to keep them in good health.

If I were in need of a kennel for my pet I would definitely take them here. The kennels and holding areas in their office were some of the cleanest I have ever seen. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. One of the first things I noticed was how my dog readily took to them. My dog had been to another kennel before and would stress out everytime I would try to board her. East Feliciana vet and workers were overboard to make the pet feel comfortable even giving her chews and bandannas. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose. They truly care about each of the animals that come into the hospital and treat them as all if they were their own.
