I have been dealing with this vet for 4 years and never had a problem... Until today. The receptionist who had been working there these 4 years left about a year ago, and there is another girl, Megan. I called to get advice for my dog because she was bitten by my other dog. I'll admit that my tone was not friendly, but I was never ugly. I asked her if there was anything I could do, and she said she couldn't tell me . I had to bring her in.long story short I said thanks and bye and hung up. Called back ten minutes later to see how much it would be, and was told by the vet that she said I called her a stupid b ****! I never once said a bad or disrespectful thing! He said he had to believe his worker , and that I had to find another vet, and that he hoped I wasn't offended!, we'll of course I am! I do not appreciate being lied on by some little girl for no reason. 4 years of patronidge , recommended people to them, and this is how I'm treated! I've never in my life been treated like this, and am shocked and hurt. Since Liz left, that place is not the same. Bring your pets to another place. Somewhere where you won't be accused of saying horrible things.

I moved to Broussard from Phoenix last year, wasn't too sure of what kind of care I would get for my 2 dogs.

Dr. Hackler has exceeded my expectations, I never feel rushed and he always takes the time to answer my questions and explain everything to my satisfaction. The staff is always caring, friendly and helpful.

I feel both my dogs are being taken care of just as well as they were in Phoenix...maybe even better!

This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They are a little pricey but since they are close, I would rather pay the little extra than go to a new vet further and use up gas.

I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone. I had not been into this clinic before because we recently moved into the area. When my dog suddenly became ill, the office staff made our appointment a priority based on his symptoms. The staff was very informative and thorough. They accomodated him in every way possible. I have 2 other dogs and will be taking them to this vet for their checkups now.
