I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. And I would like to add in response to the other opinion that she has been there for a long time and I think if she was not good at her job or care about the animals she would not still be here.

Dr. Janes is not very professional and I would not recommand her to anyone. She fired us from bringing our pet back to her because we received a second oinion because after surgery on her back she was left with paralysis in her right leg and the doctor said it was not caused from the surgery, she was very rude, I guess she thinks just because we live in the west end that we are stupid, this is how she made us feel and that is why we went else where to have her leg checked, and that other doctor which is very well known said that if we waited to long to treat the paralysis that she could per paralysed for good, so with trust at this other doctor we let him care for her leg. Dr. Janes is all about surgery, I assume because that is where she makes the most of her money so she can drive around in a new mercedes suv. I will get her name around portland as being rude and non professional and all that she cares about is the money and I FeeL THAT SHE IS USING OUR DOGS , CATS IN THE PORTLAND AREA TO DO PRACTICE SURGERY ON THEM. AGAIN WE ARE NOT ALL STUPID BECAUSE WE LIVE IN PORTLAND AREA IN LOUSIVILLE KENTUCKY. DR JANES YOU ARE A VERY RUDE PERSON AND I HOPE THE WORD GETS AROUND THAT YOU ARE NOT A GOOD DOCTOR. SHE TOOK THE STICHES OUT AND SAID YOU TAKE CARE AND GAVE US ALL OF HER PAPER WORK, SHE LEFT A BIG HOLE IN OUR DOG AND GOD FORBID IF ANY THING HAPPENS TO HER I WILL SUE THIS BITCH
