They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I shall return whenever there is a need . . . the staff is courteous and efficient . . . even carried heavy bags of dog food to the car for me! Very agreeable group!
