We've been very happy with the veterinarians and support staff. They got our 13-year-old dog through two major surgeries within 3 months. They warned us that she may not live very long. She was in bad shape when we found her. However, we've had her for 8 months now and she quite the little character.

Please don't take your pet there if they are seriously ill. They can't read the blood tests nor the exrays. Our baby lasted a week longer in excruciating pain due to the vets not reading the tests right.

We have used Herndon Vet Clinic for years. They always make sure every single question I had is answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. I am always impressed with the service I receive - and the follow up calls that we get. The office is very easy to locate, and a great burger shack next door. I will return and recommend this vet clinic to all my friends and family members. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
