i was there before opening hours, 6th inline waiting; yet it still was a wait for over 45 minutes. i took my dog in for annual checkup; the "vet" ( if that is what she was) never checked my dogs eyes or ears; didn't spend but 2 or minutes looking him over, and that was it; she never did say what condition he was in; she never asked me anything about him; was the most worthless vet exam i have ever taken any of my dogs to; i will never return to this place

The vet killed my healthy 4 year old dog. They gave him gas to check a sore on his bottom and Tucker threw up into the gas mask and died. I don't know who the vet tech was but she must not have done a very good job of monitoring him because he died. Taking Tucker to this place changed my life and I am now in my own personal bell living without my baby.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
