I have had Dr. Bachman care for my animals for years. He is not only a knowledgeable veterinarian but has an instinct and truly enjoys animals. He makes them comfortable and not so scared. Dr. Bachman has saved many of my animals lives when others said there was no hope. I have referred him to many people.
Another special part of the team is Liz. She manages the office, is kind, helpful and very, very knowledgeable as well. I would never want to take my pets anywhere else.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home. Of course at times vets have to do unpleasant procedures on the pets, but they always demonstrate care and compassion. My only complaint was that I did have to go to another vet the next day to get pain medicine for my pet. This vet felt the cat would be o.k. without medication after the anesthesia wore off, but the cat was obviously in pain.
